The improbable journey, 2007

A journey along a track where the usual references have been distorted by transforming the traveller’s view through its concertina folding. Viewed from the front, the diamond-shaped designs subvert the reality of the roadway evoking a feeling of the road ahead and the road behind simultaneously, and viewed from an oblique left or right shows only the forward or the return journey.
